Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML systems in production environments.
  • Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging ML techniques and tools.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and ML infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience in building and scaling AI solutions across different industries.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in AI systems.
  • Exposure to real-time inference systems and multi-modal ML models.
