Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.

  • Provide detailed information about Klariti Learning's courses, offerings, and enrollment process.

  • Assist in generating leads through proactive communication and customer engagement

  • Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into enrollments.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).

  • Ability to handle multiple communication channels, including phone and WhatsApp.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and extroverted personality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
