Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing a social media content strategy aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Create engaging, original content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) for various platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Later, or native platform tools.
  • Monitor social media accounts for engagement, respond to comments and DMs professionally and promptly.
  • Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and campaigns.
  • Help grow followers organically and increase audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • Passion for social media, digital trends, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar).
  • Excellent written communication and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with video editing (for Reels/TikToks) is a plus.
  • Prior experience managing social media accounts (even personal/blog) is a bonus.
