Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Design Review & Technical OversightReview and approve facade design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and structural requirements Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants Validate facade performance criteria (thermal, acoustic, wind load, seismic), PMU test Quality Control & SupervisionMonitor facade installation quality and workmanship standards Conduct regular site inspections and progress assessments Review mock-up installations and performance testing Ensure adherence to approved materials and installation methods Technical DocumentationPrepare technical reports and compliance certificates Maintain facade progress tracking and milestone reporting Document non-conformances and corrective actions Review shop drawings and material approval submissions Coordination & CommunicationInterface with facade contractors and Consultants Coordinate with other building systems integration (curtain wall/MEP interface) Attend design coordination meetings and technical discussions Provide technical guidance to site supervisory staff Risk ManagementIdentify facade-related risks and mitigation strategies Ensure weather protection and construction sequencing Monitor critical path activities affecting project timeline Oversee safety compliance for facade installation activities Location: On-site Pune, MH Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
