Job Description - 

Position: Fullstack Developer/Sr. Fullstack Developer - JavaScript 
Experience Required: 4 - 8 years
Location: Sector, 144, Noida (On-site/Hybrid)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript, , and React to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and best practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing applications while ensuring security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:
Build and maintain highly responsive UIs using (React).
Optimize performance, SEO, and user experience for web applications.
Implement modern UI/UX best practices, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

Backend Development:
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using and
Implement cloud functions for serverless computing.
Ensure scalable and secure backend architecture.

Database Management:
Work with PostgreSQL for new database instances.
Maintain and integrate MongoDB for existing data and legacy systems.

Infrastructure & DevOps:
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS.
Implement infrastructure as code using SST (Serverless Stack).
Set up and manage a monorepo structure for efficient development.
Use GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows.

Security & Documentation:
Handle sensitive data with strict security best practices.

Performance Optimization & Best Practices:
Implement event-driven architecture and best practices for event-based programming.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and optimize workflows.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript, TypeScript, , and React.

Familiarity with SST (Serverless Stack) and monorepo setups.
Understanding of security best practices for handling sensitive data.

7+ years of experience in JavaScript technologies.

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least 23 JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, React Native, , , ).
  • Proven ability to design and develop scalable and performant solutions.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure needs and deployment considerations.
• Leadership & Management:
  • Experience in leading and managing teams of ~10 members.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end project ownership, from solution design to delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to guide team members effectively.
  • Must have successfully delivered at least one full project while managing a team.
• Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
