Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Non-Voice / Tele-Caller Executive to handle customer interactions efficiently through calls, emails, and chat support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
  • Respond to customer queries through email or chat for non-voice processes.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Required Skills:

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email drafting).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Only BBA, BCOM candidates are preffered.
  • Freshers candidates are welcome.

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (Morning / Night) are allowed.
  • Only Work from office policy is followed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
