Position Overview- We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Junior Graphic & Video Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern design tools, have a strong understanding of current design trends, and be comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities-

Design & Creative
• Create compelling visual content for digital and print media including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Design and edit engaging video content for social media, websites, promotional campaigns, and internal communications
• Develop brand-consistent graphics that align with company guidelines and marketing objectives
• Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Design infographics, data visualizations, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

Technical Execution
• Utilize industry-standard design software and stay updated with the latest tools and features
• Leverage AI-powered design and video editing tools to optimize workflow and enhance creative output
• Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency Design Tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX design.

AI-Powered Tools (Preferred):
• Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion for AI image generation
• RunwayML or Pika for AI video generation and editing
• Adobe Firefly for generative AI in creative workflows
• ChatGPT or similar tools for creative ideation and copywriting assistance
• Canva Pro with AI features
• CapCut or similar AI-enhanced video editing tools
• , Cleanup.pictures, or similar AI-powered editing tools.

Additional Skills:
• Understanding of animation principles and motion graphics
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their content specifications
• Basic understanding of video codecs, file formats, and compression
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, and composition principles.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (internships included)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing capabilities
• Experience with AI tools integration in creative workflows is a plus
