Post Assistant Manager Operations for US Mortgage - Work from Office

Location – Pune

Job Shift – (Night Shift) 5 Days Working

ONLY PERSON WITH TEAM LEADING EXPERIENCE IN US MORTGAGE UNDERWRITING IS NEEDED.

Job Summary:

  • The Manager of Operations for US Mortgage Underwriting is responsible for leading and managing underwriting and QC department, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) for all our clients.
  • MUST have underwritten NQM loans, including Credit, Compliance
  • Seasoned loan underwriting experience a plus
  • Must have experience in leading a team
  • Must be able to understand NQM/NPL/S&D SOWs and estimate corresponding time required to underwrite a loan
  • Knowledge of various private lenders underwriting guidelines including agency guidelines.
  • Manage operations & Quality Control departments and achieve targeted accuracy from the team,
  • Track SLAs for clients and employees and take pro-active action
  • Knowledge of Post-Close QC, Indexing, Document Management, Title and Valuation products.
  • Strong Leader with strong track record of operational excellence. Must have handled large operations
  • Must Drive large -scale transformation initiatives, integrating automation, AI and technology-driven solution to enhance efficiency compliance and customer experience.
  • Must play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting edge automation solution in the post-closing segment of mortgage life cycle.
  • This role drives operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement in mortgage underwriting processes to ensure quality, turn time and communication.
