Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Social Media Marketing & Graphic Design Executive   for a reputed company at Malad West, Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create designs fordigital campaigns, including social media, websites, emails, and other marketingplatforms.
  • Develop and design branding assets such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, andother promotional materials.
  • Create engaging visuals for presentations, reports, and other internalcommunications as well as for marketing purposes.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across all company materials and channels.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to bring fresh ideasand creativity to the team.
  • Provide support to other team members with design-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing division to plan and execute effective marketingcampaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate across departments to integrate marketing efforts and enhance overallbusiness understanding.
  • Generate leads and increase brand visibility through targeted social media strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather insights on industry trends, consumerbehavior, and competitive landscape to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaign content to support promotional effortsacross multiple channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platformsand materials.
  • Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to optimize content and improve search enginerankings, driving web traffic and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics across all digital platforms, using data to inform futuremarketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying bestpractices to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Support other team members in various marketing-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketing Executive, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM optimisation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design and marketing.
