We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic
Social Media Manager
to own and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both storyteller and analyst — capable of creating engaging content while leveraging insights to drive performance, community engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (static posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapt content to suit different platforms.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand advocacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, PR, sales, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across social platforms to boost reach and engagement.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to expand brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
