Job Responsibility: -
Client Acquisition & Wealth Onboarding:
Identify and onboard high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to offer bespoke investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Insurance Broking, PMS, and other advisory services.
•
Sales Strategy & Product Structuring:
Tailor financial offerings aligned with client goals and risk appetite. Deliver end-to-end financial planning through structured presentations and strategic advisory.
•
Client Relationship Management:
Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with premium clients by offering continuous portfolio optimization, reviews, and cross-sell opportunities.
•
High-Value Deal Closure:
Drive negotiation, handle objections, and close deals with precision and speed. Uphold the Gretex brand as a trusted financial partner in all interactions.
•
Networking & Referrals:
Leverage industry events, business forums, and referral networks to drive warm leads and build a high-quality client base.
Candidate Profile
• - 4–10 years of experience in wealth management, insurance broking, mutual fund distribution, Equity & Derivative platform
• - Proven track record in acquiring and servicing HNI/UHNI clients.
• - Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• - Understanding of financial instruments, compliance, and market dynamics.
• - Willingness to travel extensively and operate in an on-field sales environment.
