  • Drafting & Operations
  • Manage client interactions
  • 3-4 years Experience

Roles & Responsibilities :

Document Collection from client.

Preparation of data for application.

Communicating with client and informing case status.

Preparation of legal documents with respect to real estate project RERA registration.

Quarterly compliance of the project under the RERA act.

Real estate documentation vetting.

Preparation of draft sale agreement under the RERA Act.

Handling notices and cases with respect to litigation and non compliance.

Explaining clients regarding required changes in project documentation.

Regularly monitoring withdrawal limits for the project.
