Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen Green Yatra's digital presence. The ideal candidate will manage all social media platforms, create engaging content, generate meaningful connections, and use innovative strategies to expand the organization's reach. Prior experience in the environmental sector or with NGOs will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage all company social media profiles and ensure consistent brand presence.

· Develop innovative strategies to expand reach, engagement, and connections.

· Generate quality leads, contacts, and partnerships through social media platforms.

· Plan and execute timely content posting as per organizational requirements.

· Maintain and manage the event calendar to align content with key campaigns, activities, and observances.

· Conceptualize and create documentaries and digital storytelling pieces to showcase project impact.

· Cover volunteering engagement events and capture bytes/testimonials for social media.

· Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to generate ideas and translate them into impactful digital strategies.
  • Technical knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and digital marketing practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

· Creative mind-set with the ability to produce engaging content.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and an event calendar.

  • Experience in the environmental/NGO sector will be considered a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
