Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled In-House Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is for professionals who are well-versed in modern design concepts, visual storytelling, and creative ideation. The candidate should have the ability to quickly visualize, design, and deliver high-quality graphics while working in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Conceptualization: Bring ideas to life through innovative designs and creative visuals that align with CSPL's brand and vision.
  • Design Execution: Create compelling graphics, social media posts, banners, presentations, and other digital materials.
  • Tool Expertise: Work proficiently with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and platforms like Canva or similar design tools.
  • Fast Turnaround: Deliver high-quality, polished designs under tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Content Visualization: Translate complex content into easy-to-understand and engaging visuals.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, AI tools, and concepts in 3D, animations, and futuristic designs.
  • AI & Animation Collaboration: Work with downstream teams that may integrate AI platforms or 3D animations into the designs.
  • Feedback Adaptation: Work closely with stakeholders to adapt and revise designs based on feedback quickly.
  • Multiple Project Handling: Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality.

Who Should Apply?

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
  • Experience with Canva and similar design platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern, minimal, and futuristic design concepts.
  • Excellent visualization and storytelling abilities.
  • Quick turnaround skills—the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic AI platforms, 3D, or animation tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (mandatory).
