Accounting is the first step if finance is where you want to get at. For being a good finance executive you need to have a predictable cashflow, for that you need a good accounting system in place. Ofcourse there are a thousand steps in between being a finance executive and building a good accounting system, but that is how we envision this position at KT Automation Pvt Ltd. We are looking for people who understand there is accounting beyond Tally & also have an idea about how technology is changing the current landscape (including the changes in accounting industry). Please note we use an ERP & our accouting though solid needs to improve significantly and has to be much more automated. If I could find a php developer who has knowledge of aacounting, I would have hired him/her without a second thought. I hope this gives you a lot more insight into what we are looking to achieve out of hiring an accounts executive. Below are someonf the tasks that are defined for the role of accounts executive:

  1. Sales Management - Approving sales orders and creating invoices on requirement. Entries in both ERP & Tally. We use an addon inside tally that should technically gets all the data without the need to tyope.
  2. Receicveables management and escalations.
  3. Purchase Management
  4. Accounts Payable Managment
  5. Bank Management
  6. Expense Management
  7. Statutory Accounting Management
  8. Assest & Insurance Management
  9. Financial Management

    And many more.

    It will be very fun & at the same time, challenging as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
