Job Description

  • Look after maintenance and operations of DM Water Plant & Purified Water Plant in shifts.
  • Exposure to documentation of Water Systems - Qualifications & validations & CSV
  • Exposure to QMS & LMS applications
  • Exposure to audits fronting - customer & regulatory
  • Recording & Ensuring daily Water Treatment operational log sheets as per GDP.
  • Close monitoring & ensuring PPE usage by workmen at operational areas.
  • Operation & Sanitization, CIP & Regeneration of Water Treatment Plants on day to day basis.
  • Close monitoring the process water consumption & tracking the abnormalities.
  • Addition of water treatment chemicals and recording the same.
  • Preparation of list of spares & day to day monitoring the availability of critical spares.
  • Ensuring the completion of the breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
  • Report any incident/accident / near miss / illness to the superiors.
  • As per schedules preventive maintenance of water system shall be ensured.
  • Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
  • Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
  • Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior.
  • Follow cGMP standards.
  • Follow good engineering practices.
  • Maintain good housekeeping & ensure cleanliness & no leakages of water plants round the clock.

B.Tech - Mechanical/EEE
