About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Creative Head to lead our creative department. The ideal candidate will handle the complete creative process – from concept to execution – while managing a team of designers, editors, and creative professionals. This leadership role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise across all creative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative team and assign tasks effectively
  • Develop and oversee brand concepts, campaigns, and visual storytelling
  • Supervise all creative projects to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and accounts teams to deliver client requirements
  • Innovate new design trends and elevate brand presence
  • Manage end-to-end execution for print, digital, video, and social media creatives

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual communication
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

  • Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Media, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of creative experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video, and motion design work
