Job Description – Telecaller Lead

Position: Telecaller Lead

Location: Ethics Group of Companies, 401, International Business Center, Piplod, Surat

Salary:- Rs.17,000 – 20,000 Per Month + PF + Mediclaim + Other Compliances

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate between telecalling team, sales team, and management for smooth workflow.
  • Manage and update customer databases, call records, and lead reports accurately.
  • Monitor team calling activities and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and presentations (Excel / PowerPoint).
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients for better relationship management.
  • Support management in reviewing lead performance and suggesting process improvements.
  • Train and guide telecalling executives on communication standards and record management.

Key Skills & Requirements:-

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business/Commerce/Management).
  • Proven experience in telecalling / inside sales with team handling exposure.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy in records, and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a positive and motivational approach.
