Job Description: Greeter-Pimpri (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Greeter at our Tanishq Jewellery store in Pimpri. As a Greeter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Assist customers in finding the desired products or directing them to the appropriate department.

- Provide information about the latest promotions, discounts, and special offers.

- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment.

- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers.

- Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise when needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly and approachable personality.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.

- Knowledge of jewellery or luxury retail industry is a plus.
