Showroom Hostess

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, courteous, and customer-focused Showroom Hostess to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. The ideal candidate should create a warm, welcoming environment and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers promptly as they enter the showroom.
• Provide general information about products, services, and ongoing offers.
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales executives or department.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the customer lounge/reception area.
• Assist in customer feedback collection and coordination of refreshments.
• Support administrative tasks such as visitor log maintenance and daily reports.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer handling.
• Handle incoming calls and route them to the respective departments.

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
