We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP S4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement and Logistics consultant to provideexpertiseand effectively manage team to delivernew and existing projects across Industries
Responsibilities: · Responsible for successful delivery of S4HANA Sourcing, Procurement and Logisticsmodule deliverables on SAP engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. · To understand client requirements and prepare high-level effort, cost,and Timelines estimation. · Propose high level conceptual design with standalone and integration with other systems and solutions and agree with client on proposed design. · Participate and engage with relevant Client stakeholders and Plan/Prepare Demo for client understanding of latest SAP Solutions and technologies. · Plan, organize and execute workshop sessionswith client and team during all phases of the Project Life cycle. · Understand and Document detailed business requirements, Business processes, Design, and review with Business on the Gaps with proposed solutions against requirements for Sign-off. · Ensure teamImplementssolutions via standard and Custom which are Global, standardized, and scalable for other Business units' rollouts. · Ensure all the testing and training are documented and signed-off by Business. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with other modules and systems. · Conduct Quality gate checks during transition to next phases of Projects as per Project milestones and deliverables. · Ensure effective utilization of resources across projects to manage the cost efficiently. · Discuss, document, and agree with clients on the Warranty guidelines post go-Live Candidate requirements:   · Minimum 10 years of overall Hand-on experience in SAP MM/IM/WM and with minimum of 3 years in SAP S4 HANA implementation, Rollout etc · Goods Understanding of the latest SAP S4 HANA product offerings related to Sourcing, Procurement and Logistics Solutions. · Strong functional and Configuration experience across all functions in sourcing, procurement, and Logistics · Goods Understanding of migration and deployment options of SAP S4 HANA using scaled Agile/ACTIVATE methodology is preferred · Leverage leadership Skills to effectively manage the cost, drive change. · Experience to collaborate and influence both with internal and external parties to deliver the change requirements. · Stay updated with the industry leading practices in Materials management and pursue professional relationships inside and outside the company. · Strong Analytical, Logical, and Communication Skills · Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members. · Goods Understanding of migration and deployment options to propose to clients for new or existing clients willing to Migrate to latest technologies. · Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.  · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  · Team management and leadership skills.  · Training and Documentation skills · Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
