Programmatic Trainer

we are looking for a Programmatic Trainer to upskill our teams and external participants in cutting-edge programmatic advertising techniques.

Role Overview:

The Programmatic Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training modules on programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and campaign optimization strategies. You will empower learners with practical skills to execute data-driven campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions (classroom, online, or blended) on programmatic advertising.
  • Create engaging training content, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
  • Train teams on platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar DSPs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training as per business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising (min. 35 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of DSPs, ad servers, SSPs, and real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring digital marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google DV360, The Trade Desk, or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience working in digital agencies or ad-tech companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
