Please note: You will continue with a 3-month internship. Upon successful completion of the internship and based on your performance, you will be considered for a full-time employment opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and create engaging content (Youtube Content, Reels, Posts, Blogs, Stories, etc.) for IHM Connect platforms
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and recording videos/tutorials/interviews
  • Build Social media marketing strategies to increase reach and engagement
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos (events, product demos, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Creating Marketing Strategies & helping sales team
  • Connecting with principals, directors and management
  • Edit videos and graphics to create polished, professional content
  • Collaborate with design, product, and tech teams to deliver creative ideas
  • Maintain brand consistency and contribute fresh, innovative content ideas
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, content, and social media

Requirements

  • Passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media
  • Confident on-camera presence
  • Intermediate editing skills (Video + Editing)
  • Understanding of basic marketing strategies & audience engagement
  • Creativity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to experiment
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location

Hyderabad (Offline role at office).
