About the Role

We are looking for a
Java Developer
with 4+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Kafka, multithreading, microservices, SQL, and enterprise-level application development
. You will play a key role in
migration projects
and contribute to building scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    enterprise-level applications
    using Java and microservices architecture.
  • Implement
    multithreading
    and optimize system performance for high throughput.
  • Work with
    Apache Kafka
    for real-time event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
  • Write and optimize
    SQL queries
    for complex business requirements.
  • Participate in
    migration projects
    , ensuring smooth transition and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of
    hands-on Java development experience
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Kafka
    (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, stream processing).
  • Solid experience with
    multithreading
    and concurrent programming in Java.
  • Strong knowledge of
    microservices architecture
    and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and database design concepts.
  • Proven experience in
    migration projects
    at enterprise scale.
  • Strong coding and debugging skills, following best practices and design patterns.

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD pipelines
    and DevOps practices.
