We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, be highly creative, and have a passion for driving business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role involves planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns and actively engaging in telecalling activities to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Campaigns Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI.

2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Campaigns:

  • Design and execute paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

3. Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop engaging, brand-aligned content for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals and videos that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business objectives, while being optimized for different platforms.

4. Telecalling & Lead Conversion:

  • Call potential and existing leads generated through online campaigns.
  • Explain products/services, address customer queries, and persuade prospects to take the next step.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to improve campaign targeting based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including Google Search, Display, YouTube Ads, and Social Media Ads.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing.
  • Creative mindset for content creation, including social media posts, ads, and video production.
  • Excellent telecalling skills with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
