Procurement Executive

Job Title: Procurement Executive

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai , Maharashtra.

Salary - upto 25000/-

Job Description:

YSK Laboratories is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, tax filing, and managing day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As per the Indent received, the quotes from various vendors/contractors will have to be invited. Comparisons will be submitted to Director
  • Implementation & Monitoring Office (PIMO) for further processing.
  • If there is a rate contract. Then PI will be invited from the vendors/contractors, as per the indent and will be submitted to Director (PIMO) for further processing.
  • Once the indent is approved, then PR and PO processing will be done.
  • To get the PO authorized signature as per the prescribed format.
  • Once the PO is authorized, it has to be sent to vendor/contractor, then follow-up for material delivery on site.
  • Should maintain an Indent Tracker till delivery of material and update Director (PIMO) on regular intervals regarding the status of indents.
  • Processing the Advances, if any as per the PO terms.
  • Registration of new Vendors/contractors as per the procedure laid down by SVKM.
  • Any other work given by Superiors from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
