  • BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY (BTECH)
Job Responsibilities
  • Understanding of Legal and other requirements related to construction industry.
  • Team player and excellent technical knowledge of construction activities.
  • Understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
  • Accountable for the effectiveness of the IMS and ensuring the integration of the system requirements into the Organizations business processes to achieve its intended outcomes.
  • Handle training sessions on EHS related topics.
  • Liaises with external agencies/ government bodies/clients/customers.
  • Communicating the importance of effective IMS and of conforming to the EHS management system requirements and updates IMS Manual and procedures at par with the legal & other requirements and National / International standards.
  • Identifying the External and Internal Issues for the department and to establish the required control measures for mitigation and commitment to continual improvement.
  • Understanding the relevant Needs and Expectations of Interested Parties for the department and to determine which of them can become its Compliance Obligations and to establish the required control measures for compliance.
  • Establish and implement consultation and participation of workmen and workmen representatives.
  • Ensure compliance effectiveness of corrective actions and continuous monitoring of Project Risk Index, KPI.
  • Experience on IMS Document Preparations as per contractual documents requirements of major National & International clients including Metro clients.
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and records as per the established systems and procedures.
  • Preparation of EHS review presentations and other need-based presentations with backup evidence.
  • Preparation of Minutes of Management Review Meetings.
