Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for collections from various channels such as CV, 2 wheeler & 3 wheeler loan customers.
- Oversee collection management activities including recovery operations to minimize delinquency rates.
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce write-offs.
- Ensure effective leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in banking industry with expertise in collections (CV Collection).
- Strong understanding of Team Handling, Leadership Skills, and Recovery processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
