**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including customer interactions, communication with potential clients, training sessions, and managing sales processes. The role involves promoting GroupIN services, supporting sales management efforts, and providing exceptional customer service to optimize client satisfaction. The intern will have opportunities to participate in market research, analyze customer feedback, and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns. Additionally, the intern and secure will engage with potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels, identifying leads and developing outreach strategies. The intern will also gain experience in using CRM tools to streamline sales operations and track interactions with leads.

**Qualifications**

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management

  • Experience in training and guiding customers or team members

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management, including LinkedIn

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments

  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
