Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in automation development to drive initiatives across the organization. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Python, alongside Selenium, Power Automate, and other RPA tools to integrate and streamline business processes. Your role will ensure the automation architecture is efficient, secure, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using Python, focusing on automating key business processes.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement automation solutions that meet performance and scalability needs.
  • Optimize existing workflows, improving automation performance, reliability, and security using Python.
  • Leverage Selenium and Power Automate (or other RPA tools) to automate web interfaces and business processes, as required.
  • Oversee the deployment of RPA bots into production, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
  • Utilize Flask server for web-based automation and API integrations as part of the RPA architecture.
  • Mentor junior developers, foster a collaborative environment, and document best practices and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in RPA development with Python as the main language.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA architecture, Python-based system integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Experience with Selenium, Power Automate, or other RPA tools for automating web and business processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes, particularly in automating RPA bot deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and automation within RPA workflows.
  • Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and knowledge of web automation frameworks with Flask server for RPA-related applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting automation processes across multiple operating systems (OS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
