About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled
MERN Stack Developer
with
2–4 years
of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, test, and deploy web applications using MongoDB, , , and

● Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

● Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

● Integrate third-party APIs, services, and databases.

● Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance and scalability.

● Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–4 years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer.

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , and

● Experience with MongoDB (designing schemas, aggregations, indexing).

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL (optional), and web services.

● Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

● Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub).

● Experience with state management libraries (Redux/Context API).

● Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good to Have

● Experience with TypeScript.

● Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines.

● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
