Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented KY3P Implementation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the Know Your Third Party (KY3P) framework for our clients. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of the KY3P framework, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to third-party relationships and provide insights to improve compliance and risk management processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any implementation challenges.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for clients on KY3P processes and tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices for KY3P implementation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on implementation progress, challenges, and outcomes to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related area, preferably with exposure to third-party risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of KY3P framework and regulatory requirements is a plus.
