Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships in Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the electrical accessories, lighting, and cables segment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and corporate clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.

Maintain proper sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the electrical industry (accessories, lighting, wires & cables preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad electrical market and existing network is an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Salary as per market demand

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
