Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital presence across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of the digital marketing funnel and is eager to experiment, measure results, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Execute day-to-day social media posts, email newsletters, and basic PPC campaigns.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality assets for ads and organic channels.
  • SEO & SEM: Perform keyword research and assist in managing Google Ads and on-page SEO optimizations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to provide weekly performance reports.
  • A/B Testing: Assist in testing landing pages, ad copy, and subject lines to improve conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in digital marketing (can include high-level internships).
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo).
  • Copywriting: Strong ability to write engaging headlines and short-form ad copy.
  • Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of SEO principles (keywords, meta tags, backlinking).
  • Mindset: A "test-and-learn" attitude with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
