Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
.NET Developer
with 8+ years of relevant experience to join our client
Labcorp
. This role involves full-stack application development, working within Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing, and intuitive software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop intuitive and easy-to-use software in collaboration with development teams, product owners, UX designers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Perform
    full-stack application development
    using expertise in
    OO programming & design patterns
    .
  • Deliver reusable UI components, advanced scripting solutions, and implementations of complex business applications.
  • Take ownership of assigned application development tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Follow best practices for
    test-driven development (TDD)
    and QA automation integration.
  • Provide modern and performant solutions for large-scale applications.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in
    C#/.NET development
    and
    SQL Server database development
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    .NET Core
    ,
    WinForms
    , and web application development.
  • Expertise in building
    REST APIs
    and
    Microservices
    .
  • Strong SQL skills –
    writing & optimizing queries, stored procedures
    .
  • Experience in
    SSRS report design and development
    .
  • Familiarity with
    GitHub, TFS, or modern version control systems
    .
  • Experience designing and developing
    distributed/disconnected enterprise applications
    .
  • Application performance optimization skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to
    Azure Cloud
    (Repos, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Understanding of data models –
    HL7, FHIR, XML, JSON, XSLT
    .
  • Experience in
    WinForms 3rd party tools
    (Telerik, DevExpress).
  • Windows Services development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with messaging services like
    SQS, Kafka, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ
    .
