Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Internal Support Coordinator. This entry-level position is well suited for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in coordination and support. The Coordinator will work closely with different teams to handle documentation, manage client communication, and ensure smooth operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing quotations, documents, and client communication.
  • Maintain and update client databases, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Manage and respond to customer queries over phone/email.
  • Assist in follow-ups for quotations, pending documents, and approvals.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and day-to-day activities.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn about industrial products and processes.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 and 12 Passed from CBSE Board Mandatory.
  • B.tech is manadotry (any stream)
  • Fresher's are welcome prior internship/experience in coordination, admin, or support will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
