Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an E-Commerce Ads Executive. The E-Commerce Ads Executive will be responsible for managing ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales, analyzing ad performance data, and optimizing campaigns based on insights. The role involves account management and collaboration with sales teams to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating ad content, setting up and monitoring campaigns, performing market research, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating ad performance and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Account Management and handling client relationships
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue and meet targets
  • Team Management skills to lead and collaborate effectively with sales teams
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
