JD FOR DESIGN ENGINEER Job Title Report to Location : : : Key Responsibilities:
• Design Engineer Managerial Director Greater Noida Develop scaffold designs, drawings, and layout plans based on project requirements using AutoCAD/Revit or relevant software.

• Perform load and stability calculations as per relevant standards (IS/OSHA/EN). Collaborate with site teams to ensure practicality and safety of scaffolding designs. Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable scaffolding safety standards and codes of practice. Participate in site visits, audits, and client meetings to assess and improve scaffold design performance. Support tendering/quotation processes with accurate technical inputs. Maintain and update design records, drawings, and calculation files. Provide technical support and training to erection and safety teams. Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in scaffold design or a similar structural design role in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience with scaffold design for access, support, and temporary works is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with site teams, clients, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to interpret and translate site requirements into safe, practical scaffold designs. Page 1 of 2 Key Skills:
• Proficiency in Simulation, Solid work, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of structural analysis software like STADD Pro.
