Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new business opportunities in the USA market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fabricators, contractors, and engineering firms.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure client needs are delivered effectively.
  • Meet and exceed defined sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience
    in Business Development / Sales in
    Steel Detailing / Structural Engineering
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AISC standards
    and the US construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets.
