Store Assistant Manager

Job Title: Store Assistant Manager
Location: Kadi, Gujarat
Department: Store
Reporting To: Store Manager / Plant Head
Experience Required: 5–6 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inward and outward records of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods
- Daily stock entry and report preparation in Tally
- Ensure proper physical stock and system stock matching
- Prepare GRNs and coordinate with QC for material quality check
- Track and manage slow-moving, non-moving, and fast-moving items
- Supervise daily material issue to production and monitor consumption
- Perform monthly/weekly physical stock audit and reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the store area
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts for timely bill processing
- Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate with transporters
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally for inventory and stock management
- Strong knowledge of store procedures in a manufacturing setup
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to supervise store team and maintain discipline
- Familiar with 5S, FIFO, and basic safety standards in stores
Education:
- Graduate / Diploma in any field (Commerce/Logistics preferred)
