Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, be proficient in graphic design software, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, print, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create designs: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Design and produce graphics: Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure that visual content is consistent with the brand and meets project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and processes.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring that all designs align with the company's visual identity guidelines.
  • Revise and improve designs: Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback and ensure the final product meets quality standards.
  • Prepare files for production: Ensure that all design files are prepared correctly for print or digital publication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Motion Graphics: Familiarity with animation and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
  • Web Design Experience: Understanding of web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Branding Experience: Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
