Job Summary:

The Admission - Outreach Executive will play a key role in promoting the university programs and engaging with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. The role involves managing outreach initiatives, organizing admission campaigns, counselling prospective students, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community networks to increase student enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute outreach activities, including school/college visits, education fairs, career counselling sessions, and community engagement events.
  • Represent the university at various academic and promotional events to generate leads and build brand presence.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and admissions teams to convert leads into successful admissions.
  • Maintain and update the prospective student database, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with school principals, career counsellors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing outreach materials (presentations, brochures, content) to support promotional efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities and their effectiveness in meeting enrolment targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, counselling, or outreach.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for outreach activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
