We are Hiring for Executive Exports & Imports For Ahmedabad Location

Job Title: Executive Exports & Imports

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain records, reports, and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Handle shipping and logistics documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, etc.).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely clearance at ports.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding shipment schedules and requirements.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders related to exports and imports.
  • Assist in processing payments related to freight, customs duty, and other charges.
  • Maintain records for audits and statutory compliances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 13 years of experience in administration, with exposure to import-export operations.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
