Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Video Designer to join our internal communication and branding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and video production, ensuring engaging and visually appealing content for our 2000+ employee organization. The role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and hands-on experience in designing marketing and communication materials for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, advertisements, and other internal communication materials.
  • Develop website banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, and landing pages that align with the companys brand guidelines.
  • Design engaging presentations and corporate communication materials for leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality videos for internal branding, corporate events, employee engagement, and training sessions.
  • Edit and enhance videos using Premiere Pro, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and sound editing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop creative strategies for internal branding and employee communication.
  • Ensure all designs and multimedia content maintain consistency with the companys brand identity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, digital graphics, and video content creation.
  • Experience in designing corporate communication materials for a large organization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
