POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Biology Teacher to join our coaching faculty on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, comprehensive, and examination-focused Biology instruction to Class XI and XII students. This position requires a professional educator who possesses in-depth knowledge of Biology, extensive experience in NEET and MHT-CET preparation, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their academic goals. The role demands a teacher who can effectively balance conceptual clarity with rigorous examination-oriented preparation, ensuring students are well-equipped to tackle competitive medical entrance examinations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with Biology as a major subject (Minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade)
2. Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, or related biological science discipline (Preferred)
3. Valid teaching credentials such as B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) (Preferred but not mandatory for specialized coaching)

Professional Experience

1. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience teaching Biology to Class XI-XII students
2. Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in NEET and MHT-CET coaching or competitive examination preparation
3. Demonstrated track record of guiding students who have successfully cleared medical entrance examinations
4. Previous experience in a coaching institute or educational setup working with competitive examination aspirants
5. Experience in handling diverse student groups and adapting teaching to individual learning needs

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Subject Matter Expertise

1. Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Class XI-XII Biology curriculum as per NCERT and Maharashtra State Board
2. Thorough familiarity with NEET and MHT-CET examination syllabi, question patterns, and marking schemes
3. Strong conceptual foundation in Human Physiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology
4. Ability to explain complex biological concepts in simple, understandable language
5. Up-to-date knowledge of recent developments in Biology education and examination trends

Pedagogical and Communication Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
2. Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly to diverse student groups
3. Skilled in various teaching methodologies including conceptual teaching, problem-solving, and examination-oriented coaching
4. Ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that maintain student interest and participation
