Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Research Assistant
 with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role involves hands-on research, data analysis, and contribution to the development of programs within mental health and behavioral sciences. The Research Assistant will collaborate with peers, contribute to publications, and maintain research quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct laboratory-based and applied research in mental health and behavioral sciences
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret research data using appropriate tools
  • Prepare manuscripts, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
  • Manage academic journal processes including handling submissions, coordinating with editors, indexing, and maintaining collaborations with publication bodies
  • Assist in research coordination, project tracking, and program development
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, research databases, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Work collaboratively with research faculty, clinicians, and administrative staff

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Behavioural Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in research (preferably in mental health or behavioural sciences)
  • Strong research and laboratory skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and research software/tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with journals handling, indexing, and publication coordination is required
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative research team

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary:
     ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
  • Annual Package:
     ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000
