Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of department heads and staff members.
- Ensure the hotel meets and exceeds guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring efficient financial management.
- Drive marketing and promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment that encourages staff development and retention.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, and other local, state, and federal laws.
- Monitor guest feedback and take proactive actions to address issues and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a high standard of operations.
