Avaada Energy is inviting applications for 03 Security roles on a retainer basis, with an opportunity to move on-roll after 2 years based on performance.

Role Details

• Experience: 68 years in the security domain (Ex-Servicemen preferred minimum Havildar or JCO rank)
• Age: 3545 years (5 years)
• Location: Sangli, Beed, Yavatmal (Maharashtra)
• Language Preference: Marathi-speaking candidates preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 55,000/month (including hike on current CTC)
• Weapon allowance: 10,000/month (if candidate holds a valid weapon)
• Accommodation: Free stay in company guesthouse

• These positions are critical for ensuring the safety and security of our assets and personnel at project sites.
