We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in building and maintaining full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with MongoDB, , , and , and capable of taking ownership of features from design to deployment.

Experience: 3–5+ years

Location: Nashik (Local candidates only – applications from outside Nashik will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
  • Lead development tasks, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to deliver features on time.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Follow best practices for clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in MongoDB, , ,
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), REST API development.
  • Hands-on experience with Redux, TypeScript, unit testing (Jest/Mocha).
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of application performance optimization and security standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹334, ₹750,000.00 per year
