FP&A Analyst – 4+ Years Experience ₹9 LPA Bangalore Strategic Finance & BI Expertise

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive FP&A Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our Group Business Finance team in Bangalore. This role collaborates closely with the Singapore Business Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic financial insights, accurate forecasts, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Role Purpose:

The Group Business Finance team drives financial performance by delivering actionable insights, managing reporting, and aligning resources to meet strategic goals. This role supports forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Profit & Loss forecasts: quarterly, monthly, and flash

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial and business reports for senior management

  • Conduct revenue analysis and variance commentary with actionable recommendations

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning using real-time data

  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems

  • Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes

  • Improve data quality, structure, and accessibility for financial analysis

  • Document data flows, integration logic, and financial definitions

  • Contribute to cross-functional finance projects and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A, data analytics, or data integration

  • Strong understanding of IFRS and technical accounting principles

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Quantum) and data warehouses (Microsoft Data Fabric)

  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
